The indoor pool was just a cold plunge, absoluteley disappointing. It should've been clarified upfront, also, the light in my room didn't work and there was no soap! I expected special treatment, maybe a comp upgrade, but alas, just like the rest of the stay, nothing was done to wow me. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

The units are soundproof, big.

The location is easy and favourable, in immediate surrounding area. The units are silent, big size with a balcony, minibar, big bath.

Breakfast was an excellent and varied spread.

The hotel is cool with an interesting design and nestled in a neat building. The rooms are luxury, with excellent views, and the location is unbeatable to a grocery shop or restaurant. The service is exceptional, includes paid parking.

We got a suite though we booked a normal room - the size of the suite room was huuuuge! Breakfast had big variety of food to choose from. Hotel is in a quiet street, no noise from outside. Very friendly staff who did not mind to make a phonecall for me and help sort some things out.

quiet and comfortable room with kettle, computer and Internet, good price, large supermarket near the hotel, 15 minutes walk to the centre.

The kettle was broken, but it was changed for a good one on the following day. Managers at the reception were very helpful, but gave us wrong info about the location of some sights that we wanted to see.

Provided breakfast was tasty and plentiful with fresh fruit, fish, yoghurt, exceeded our expectations. We were there for 2 nights, overall had a WARM stay.

The hotel location was perfect for our family. Just a short walk from the vibrant old town. We really enjoyed the breakfast-salmon and fresh fruit made mornings special. Our spacious room was cozy, providing us with plenty of room for our teenage kids.

My kids wished for better soundproofing between the rooms.

1. some time ago there was free coffee & tee in the room, but now its missing. 2. there is no PC in every room as mentioned, 3. in some rooms WiFi could be really slow (suggest to use own network cable). 4. my attic room was really hot, no a/c. 5. i have stayed there >20 times, but this was first time when I was asked to pay on arrival, as it was late evening and I was tired, I did not liked that.

Breakfast very, very fine, room and bathroom super. Polish canal TV Polonia from satelitte and minibar.

In the morning and evening in room was very cold. Dirty water in swimming pool.

My friends and I had a blast ! We enjoyed visiting the Old Town and the local market. The location was perfect, with a bus stop nearby. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and we loved the social areas like the playroom for kids and pool table. Great value for the price!

The key cards were frustrating. Mine wiped out every time I returned, and I had to keep asking for them to be reprogrammed, a hassle.

Good breakfast (tasty, many things to choose from, appropriate dish temperature), PC terminal with the Internet access in the room.

Good location, close to the old town and city centre. Nice staff, good breakfast.

Tiny room, no a/c would make the stay imbereable at summer time, no telephone or computer in the room (hotel's website says it has a pc in each room), no tea/coffe facilities in room any more (was there on last stay). Not possible to use shower-can't stand in the tub as the room is an attic, although this issue would be solved if tub was located in a different side of the bathroom. Soap and body wash dispensers on the wall makes the bathroom look like public toilet. Smell of mould and damp in the room.
